Classes are designed as termly programmes to offer you the opportunity to learn more about your body and how to adapt to make the practice your own. Yoga Fundamentals

Yoga Fundamentals is a slower programme ideal for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Whether you wish to improve your flexibility, want to revisit and reconnect with the core principles of a Yoga practice, or simply try Yoga for the first time this class is for you.

Focussing on principles of structural and energetic alignment, we explore the understanding of asana from an experiential perspective – as opposed to intellectual. If you are intrigued but feel a little intimidated by yoga, this class is a safe and friendly environment to start from.

Vinyasa

The Vinyasa programme is for the keen practitioner. Designed to support you in developing a strong, fluid yoga practice, it incorporates challenging postures and deeper energetic work. There is plenty of guidance and support to safely and confidently deepen your yoga practice.

This is an invigorating yet nourishing class that engages your whole body and mind with inventive, insightful moves. As in all YogaMorphic classes, you will receive advice on adjustments to support your learning and practice.

Functional Yoga for Sport

A practice focussed on joint mobility, flexilbity and strength to keep you in top form during these times of limited activity.

Bring grace and strength to your day ahead with sun salutes and expansive and grounding movements for internal spaciousness.

PRANAYAMA and MEDITATION

Simple conscious breathing practices to bring us into a state of calm.

As we will continue practicing together but in separate spaces, you may consider acquiring two blocks and a belt. Yogamatters is a UK supplier. I am happy to do a bulk order to reduce costs and then deliver locally around Whitstable if you find that helpful.
