YogaMorphic offers you a focused opportunity to develop your Yoga practice over a series of 6 to 8 weekly classes in Whitstable, Canterbury and Herne Bay. Please select your class to view timetables and prices.
Drop in students are welcome, but commitment to the practice will make desirable changes long-lasting. Classes are designed as termly programmes to offer you the opportunity to learn more about your body and how to adapt to make the practice your own. Short breaks are scheduled between programmes for you to assess and consider your practice.
MONDAY from 10am to 11.15am at St John’s Methodist Church, Argyle Road, Whitstable.
Yoga Fundamentals is a slower programme ideal for beginners as well as more advanced practitioners. Whether you wish to improve your flexibility, want to revisit and reconnect with the core principles of a Yoga practice, or simply try Yoga for the first time this class is for you.
Focussing on principles of structural and energetic alignment, we explore the understanding of asana from an experiential perspective – as opposed to intellectual. If you are intrigued but feel a little intimidated by yoga, this class is a safe and friendly environment to start from.
TUESDAY 1 – 2.15pm The Horsebridge Art Centre, Whitstable.
The Vinyasa programme is for the keen practitioner. Designed to support you in developing a strong, fluid yoga practice, it incorporates challenging postures and deeper energetic work. There is plenty of guidance and support to safely and confidently deepen your yoga practice.
This is an invigorating yet nourishing class that engages your whole body and mind with inventive, insightful moves. As in all YogaMorphic classes, you will receive hands-on adjustments to support your learning and practice.
Lunch Hour Yoga
WEDNESDAY from 18 January 2017, 12.30pm to 1.30pm, at The Tranquillity Space, 166 Mortimer Street, Herne Bay.
This lunch-hour class is an introduction to the central postures of Yoga. Ideal for absolute beginners seeking a feeling of inner space and greater mobility. The class provides students with a release for hunching & crunching over desks and devices.
Men of Yoga
WEDNESDAY 7 – 8.15pm St John’s Methodist Church, Argyle Road, Whitstable.
More men take to Yoga everyday. And for good reasons! Engaging, energising and safe these practices are designed to support male physiology addressing issues of flexibility and strength as well as concentration and focus. Yoga is not simply about stretching your hamstring. It is a practice that works the whole body improving physical and mental strength whilst releasing stress and tension.
Practice alongside other men in these relaxed classes targeted to the male body. Ideal if you wish to regain overall fitness, improve sports performance or simply get more out of everyday day life.

You can benefit from three payment schemes:
Termly rates. Make your practice a regular practice. Classes paid in advance for the whole term are £9 a class to be paid in full at the start of each term (see below for full amounts).
5 and 10-class packages offer flexibility allowing you to join a class anytime during the term.
5-class at £50 to be used within seven weeks excluding half-terms.
10-class at £110 expires after 15 weeks excluding half-terms.
Drop-in fee is £12 per class (£10 at the Tranquillity Space).
Please bring your own yoga mat; other props such as blocks, belts and blankets are available as required for each class.
